I am passionate about helping clients navigate their benefits options and finding solutions that support both employers and their employees. I am committed to providing personalized service, building strong relationships, and making the benefits process simple and effective.

Hi! ¡Hola! I’m Laura Rico.
I’m a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting employees and helping people feel valued, informed, and cared for. With experience in Human Resources, employee relations, staffing, and benefits, I bring a people-first approach to my role as Benefits Manager. I enjoy building relationships, simplifying processes, and making a positive difference in the lives of the employees I serve.
I support employees in areas including FMLA, Leave of Absence, ADA, bereavement, and general employee benefits. I believe that behind every process is a person, and I strive to make every interaction compassionate, helpful, and meaningful. I value relationships, teamwork, and the opportunity to support employees when they need it most—one person at a time.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones. Married for over 28 years, am the proud mother of three wonderful children, and am blessed to be a “ Wella” to two beautiful granddaughters. My family is a very important part of who I am and continues to inspire me every day.

Hi! I'm Jerrett McCreight, with a background in accounting and education, I bring a unique combination of organization, problem-solving, and a passion for helping others to my role as Benefits and Workers’ Compensation Coordinator. I find great purpose in supporting employees navigate important processes during times when they need assistance most. Outside of work, I value being a husband and dad, personal wellness, and giving back to others. I’m also a proud Dallas sports fan, Go Stars, Go Rangers, and Go Cowboys!
